I take an extremely holistic approach to coaching, teaching, and guiding. My style has been shaped by my own life experiences, which I believe is the best way to connect with my students and clients authentically and vulnerably.

My journey in the health and wellness space began over 10 years ago. At 16, I started working at a local gym in my hometown because I loved the idea of a shared space where everyone prioritized their health. Being surrounded by this community inspired me to enrol in Nutrition School in 2016. During that time, I had a difficult relationship with food—struggling with binge eating and over-exercising—and I knew that learning more was a positive step toward healing. Armed with this new knowledge, I improved my own habits and began guiding others on their health journeys as a Health Consultant at a big-box gym in the city.

I thrived in my role and felt I had truly mastered health consulting. But the universe had other plans. In 2020, I lost my job during the pandemic and was overcome with severe anxiety and uncontrollable panic attacks. After exhausting all avenues of Western medicine without success, I turned to mindfulness in 2021. This step toward meditation opened my eyes to the healing power of stillness and introduced me to a spiritual journey for the first time. Through mindfulness, I learned how to stop the panic and began to see how the mind, body, and spirit are deeply connected. This ignited a fire within me to learn more.

I pursued my Personal Training Certification in 2022 to deepen my understanding of the physical body, and soon after, I studied Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to explore the workings of the mind. For over a year, I virtually coached men and women on mental health and mindset, while also hosting in-person meditation events. Driven by my love of learning and the freedom to work while traveling, I completed a 28-day intensive yoga teacher training to help bring more to my clients and future mindfulness events.

Returning from this transformative experience, my life had changed once again and I knew it was time to share my knowledge with the world. Yoga became a cornerstone of my vision to help others feel more connected to themselves and to each other, while pairing perfectly with fitness and nutrition. This was the perfect holistic mock-tail I’d been wanting to serve! I just needed to experience it first for myself. Over the past 10 years, I have learned yoga, meditation, fitness and nutrition sharing it bit my bit with my clients, friends, and family. Because of my depth of knowledge and experience, I now wake up and see each day as an opportunity to co-create a life aligned with our deepest desires. I believe we all have the potential to live our best lives, and by putting in the inner work you will get there.

  • "Since joining kelsea 4 or so months ago, i cut out candy about 3 months ago, as i was binge eating an entire bag almost every-night. I’ve been really proud of myself for not indulging at all. But after last weeks call about restrictions and food i expressed to my husband that i should probably let it back into the house again, to show myself my ability to have moderation with sweets. He came home last night with two bags of my favourite candy.
